Ms. Kyd has ten years of experience in executive search. Before joining Korfmann Burnett & Partners, she was a consultant with a Swiss consulting firm specialized in search and selection for the Financial Services sector, and before that was Head of Research for the Financial Services practice at an international search firm in Switzerland. Ms. Kyd started her career researching human resource projects for a Swiss strategy consulting company and for the Swiss Polytechnic University in Zurich. In addition to her consulting service with Korfmann Burnett & Partners, Ms. Kyd sponsors and organizes an annual conference for economists in the Swiss business community.

Ms. Kyd is originally from the Czech Republic, and is fluent in Czech, German, English and French. She earned a Masters degree in economics from the University of Zurich.
