Ms. Howell joined Korfmann Burnett & Partners in 2001 with more than ten years of United States and international experience in management consulting and marketing. In 1999, she co-founded and directed an international high-end, niche cosmetic retailer, operating from New York, London, and Munich. Previously, Ms. Howell was a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and The Generics Partnership, working with global clients in the financial services, consumer goods, and technology industries. Her industry experience includes two years with Scientific Atlantic where she was Marketing Manager for the Mobile Satellite Communications Division.

Ms. Howell is fluent in English, German and French, and earned her undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Virginia.
